★ RP PACE: EST (USA) Usually around 12pm till 6am I can reasonably tag during the week because I have downtime after getting my work finished at my job. Otherwise I’m typically not around during 3pm till about 12pm for that needed sleep before. Sometimes Ill sleep once I’m home so it’s always kinda random during normal people hours.

★ RP STYLE: [ brackets ] > prose. Without asking me before hand I’ll probably default to brackets just because they are more fun for me! Either is A-OK though!

★ BACKTAGGING: Yes! I’ll backtag till the end of time just let me know if you want to handwave something because you grow tired of my ass taking forever on something (that would be the most likely case, lbr.)

★ RP PREFERENCES: Diavolo isn’t a social character, identity issues make him rather sketchy about communicating. However paternal consumers, characters looking to learn the trade and bullies trying to take him down are all welcome! I would love to get him involved in the economics of this place by ruining them.

I’m perfectly down for him smutting with anything and everything. Ask me how we could make that happen if you’re unsure.

★ VIOLENCE: He’s a pretty violent guy—if you’re looking for murder and bloodshed you’ve come to the right squad. Once the leader of the biggest gang organization in Italy he started a bunch of drama by sending two members of the fam in chopped up pieced behind glass to his fave disobedient children. Getting into or rounding up violence with him would be easy.

DOPPIO & TRISH

ARTIST

Diavolo’s most personal relationships won’t be talked about lightly with other characters. However I wanted to explain him and Doppio on his information page along with his relationship with Trish, his daughter.

★ Diavolo is Doppio's( burururu ) alternate personality. They are actually the same person and have lived together inside their own head. Diavolo uses him to hide himself from others for Doppio’s personality is far more unnoticeable but also far more uncontrolled. Nonetheless, in Harvest, this will be the first time they’re apart from one another in their own bodies.

Within Harvest, because they are never meant to be split apart there will be some stipulations. High emotion will be shared between them—an example: Doppio is feeling rather happy over a flattering comment! Diavolo will feel about ¼ of that happiness in exchange. If Diavolo snorts a shit ton of cocaine, Doppio’s going to feel ¼ of those adrenaline boosting side-effects. This will only be from extremely overwhelming emotions.

They’ll also still, to some extent, have access to the other’s thoughts. Not complete and total control but enough to have conversations with one another over the “phone” with their being a phone to speak of. Araki really doesn't go by the books with these two but here is a small explanation of DiD:

Dissociative identity disorder (DID), previously known as multiple personality disorder (MPD),[1] is a mental disorder characterized by at least two distinct and relatively enduring identities or dissociated personality states that alternately show in a person's behavior, accompanied by memory impairment for important information not explained by ordinary forgetfulness. These symptoms are not accounted for by substance abuse, seizures, other medical conditions, nor by imaginative play in children.[2] Diagnosis is often difficult as there is considerable comorbidity with other mental disorders. Malingering should be considered if there is possible financial or forensic gain, as well as factitious disorder if help-seeking behavior is prominent.

★ Trish ( wannabes ) is Diavolo’s (and Doppio’s) only biological child which had been unknown to him until the death of her mother not long before the events of Vento. From his canon point he’s already tired to kill her and has broken her trust but within Harvest she is none the wiser. You can’t kill someone in Harvest… he’ll be dealing with this on his own, which basically means he’s very protective of her in the “you can’t leave the house with my face” sort of way.

STAND: KING CRIMSON & EPITAPH

King Crimson would be Diavolo’s Stand (insert link) and still can confuse people over it’s abilities to this day. This section isn’t so much for people who already know JoJo but more so for those that don’t because he’s got one of the most confusing stands in the series.

★ Importantly, I won’t be having him use his stand unless I know the mun is okay with this. It breaks at least 2 rules just by attempting to make it work with the powers given. We’ll have to communicate and agree on what King Crimson is doing and seeing. So… no worries! You don’t have to deal with this thing if you don’t want to! :> ★

★ ERASING TIME: This stand can erase parts of time itself as if they’ve never happened, upon activating this ability time will continue as usual for 10 seconds but after those 10 seconds anything that happened was cut from existing. Others affected by the stands ability will have no memory of what they did within those 10 seconds. However, Diavolo can move around during these 10 seconds and do whatever he pleases with that time.

The 10 seconds doesn’t always have to be from within the future either, they could be after Diavolo was hit and he’d like to remove that event, thus taking the moment he was attacked and erasing it form existing (while moving out of the way this time.)

Basically this ability is completely bullshit and Araki had to think of a massive asspull to kill him but it was a really fun ride while it lasted.

★ SUPER STRENGTH: King Crimson can give them an overwhelming amouth of strength either by using the stand itself or by granting Diavolo extra roids for the time being. The punches hit hard.

★ EPITAPH: This is Doppio’s stand but Diavolo can use it freely (its the little angry face that's also on King Crimson.) It can predict events by casting images for them to see (most notably that iconic image of Diavolo looking into his hair and seeing the future. Only JoJo.) They can see the surround area around them with either Doppio or Diavolo (whoever is the user at the time) being the main focus. The amount of time they can see into the future is 10 seconds.

HEAD CANONS

★ ONE: no canon evidence points to who was first—Doppio or Diavolo but under our playing of the two, Doppio will be the host body while Diavolo was the personality that emerged out of fear and weakness to protect them. My reasoning is during the ending of Vento, Doppio can leave the body but Diavolo can’t (which doesn’t really make any actual sense) but in Araki’s logic it implies (to me) that Diavolo can’t leave because his soul is bound to that body and that body only.

★ TWO: Diavolo was “born” because of abuse they suffered during their childhood. Doppio doesn’t like being touched—that implies plenty of reasons for both of them to fear being known or seen in general

★ THREE: His first time being in control of their body was when Diavolo killed their mother and stuffed her in the floorboards.

★ FOUR: There is sometime in-between Sardinia being burned to the ground and finding their mother. At the time, with no stand to protect them; “Vinegar Doppio” was committed to a mental corrections facility. From the abuse suffered in a nasty 60-70s mental health asylum King Crimson was brought to life. Then they burnt down Sardinia.

★ FIVE: With King Crimson in hand Diavolo makes the decision that he alone will protect Doppio and build their empire. That he was meant for greater purpose. With no real education—he’s forced to take everything he learned from dated learning material that was provided at the asylum for inspiration.

★ SIX: Despite never attending school—he’s an amazing chemist and mathematician. Having started from the bottom he’s learned to make his own illegal paraphernalia which is helpful nowadays considering other people do all that hard work for him. If they product comes in poor? Then that’s too bad for you.

★ STEVEN: Diavolo is addicted to cocaine to help him keep awake from paranoia. He doesn’t sleep very often and would rather be contently alert. However it influences his quick-to-anger personality.

★ EIGHT: If you’ve seen his face then you must be eliminated, I like to think it’s the first and last time anyone has ever seen the boss is during their murder. Minus if they have meet Doppio.
